Interprofessionelles Training und Transfer – Kompetenzen für die Zukunft

Seit 2019 entwickeln wir innovative, kompetenzbasierte Lernformate für die interprofessionelle Ausbildung (IPE), um Studierende verschiedener Gesundheitsberufe optimal auf die Zusammenarbeit im klinischen Alltag vorzubereiten. Unsere Grundlage bildet der WHO-Leitsatz: Interprofessionelle Ausbildung findet statt, wenn Studierende aus zwei oder mehr Berufen mit, von und übereinander lernen, um die Versorgungsqualität zu verbessern.

Eine weitere wichtige Grundlage bildete das vom Schweizer Nationalfonds (NFP 74) geförderte In-HospiTOOL, das im Kantonsspital Aarau entwickelt und in sieben Spitälern erprobt wurde. Aus dieser Forschungsbasis entstand IAVI als erstes interprofessionelles Ausbildungselement.

Zudem arbeiten wir mit Hochschulen in Schweden und Finnland sowie mit SHAPED IP, der Swiss Health Alliance for Interprofessional Education zusammen.

Die erfolgreiche Entwicklung wurde durch ein starkes Netzwerk ermöglicht, zu dem neben der HFGS das Berner Bildungszentrum Pflege, die ETH Zürich, die SUPSI Landquart sowie das Kantonsspital Aarau gehörten. Die Universität Bern, die BFH und die THIM Landquart kamen zunächst im Rahmen von Pilotanwendungen dazu. Heute setzen alle Beteiligten die Produkte eigenständig ein.

Reifeprozess statt Ende: ein strategischer Meilenstein

Die Fachstelle Interprofessionelles Training und Transfer (FIT) wurde 2020 als Kooperation zwischen dem BZ Pflege und der HFGS Aarau gegründet. Da sich die entwickelten Angebote inzwischen erfolgreich etabliert haben, führen beide Schulen die Lernsettings ab dem Herbstsemester 2026 eigenständig weiter. Die HFGS wird die bestehenden Kooperationen mit der ETH Zürich, dem Kantonsspital Aarau (KSA) und der Fachhochschule SUPSI Landquart fortführen und die Formate stetig weiterentwickeln.

Erfolg in Zahlen

Über 4'000 Studierende wurden bereits in den verschiedenen Lernarrangements ausgebildet.
Hohe Wirksamkeit: 93,3 % der Teilnehmenden bestätigen die Relevanz für ihren Berufsalltag.
Wissenschaftlich fundiert: Die Trainings führen nachweislich zu einer Steigerung der interprofessionellen Selbstwirksamkeit.

Authentisches Lernen durch Praxisnähe

Unsere Lernsettings zeichnen sich durch eine innovative Methodik aus: Sie basieren auf authentischen Patientenfällen, die gemeinsam mit Praxisexperten und Studierenden im Sinne einer Co-Creation entwickelt werden («Students as Partners», SET)

IAVI (Interprofessionelles Austritts- und Visitentraining): Dieses Training für Studierende der Pflege und Humanmedizin nutzt das im Kantonsspital Aarau entwickelte digitale In-HospiTool. In sechs Lernphasen trainieren die Studierenden die interprofessionelle Visite und Austrittsplanung, um Schnittstellenverluste in der Patientenversorgung zu minimieren.
Move IPZ (Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Physiotherapeutinnen / Physiotherapeuten): Ein Lernformat, das den Fokus auf die Kooperation zwischen Pflege HF und Physiotherapie FH legt.

Alle Produkte werden jährlich evaluiert und durch ein studentisches Expertenteam SET der HFGS begleitet, um eine maximale Nutzerorientierung zu garantieren. Studierende wirken dabei nicht nur als Feedbackgeber, sondern gestalten Inhalte, Lernarchitektur und digitale Werkzeuge gleichberechtigt mit — eine Co-Creation, wie sie international an führenden Hochschulen praktiziert wird.

Meilensteine & Kongresse

Die Fachstelle FIT präsentiert ihre Ergebnisse regelmässig auf nationalen und internationalen Kongressen, wie dem SGAIM-Kongress oder der Jahrestagung der Gesellschaft für Medizinische Ausbildung (GMA).

Interprofessional Training and Transfer – Competencies for the Future

Introduction

Since 2019, we have been developing innovative, competency-based learning formats for interprofessional education (IPE) to optimally prepare students from various health professions for collaboration in everyday clinical practice. Our foundation is the WHO guiding principle: Interprofessional education occurs when students from two or more professions learn with, from and about each other to improve the quality of care.

Another important basis was the "In-HospiTOOL", funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (NRP 74), which was developed at the Cantonal Hospital Aarau and tested in seven hospitals. IAVI was the first interprofessional educational element to emerge from this research base.

We also collaborate with universities in Sweden and Finland, as well as with SHAPED IP, the Swiss Health Alliance for Interprofessional Education. This successful development was made possible by a strong network including ETH Zurich, the University of Bern, BFH, SUPSI Landquart and the Cantonal Hospital Aarau.

A Strategic Milestone: Maturity Instead of an End

The Unit for Interprofessional Training and Transfer (FIT) was founded in 2020 as a cooperation between the Bern Education Centre for Nursing (BZ Pflege) and the HFGS Aarau. As the developed offerings have now successfully established themselves, both schools will continue the learning settings independently from the autumn semester 2026. HFGS will continue the existing cooperations with ETH Zurich, the Cantonal Hospital Aarau (KSA) and the SUPSI Landquart University of Applied Sciences and will continuously develop the formats.

Success in Numbers

Learning Settings (IAVI & Move IPZ)

Authentic Learning Through Practical Relevance Our learning settings are characterised by an innovative methodology: they are based on authentic patient cases developed together with practice experts and students in the sense of co-creation (“Students as Partners”, SET).

IAVI (Interprofessional Discharge and Ward Round Training): This training for students of nursing and human medicine uses the digital In-HospiTool developed at the Cantonal Hospital Aarau. In six learning phases, students train for interprofessional ward rounds and discharge planning to minimise losses at the interfaces of patient care.
Move IPZ (Interprofessional Collaboration with Physiotherapists): A learning format that focuses on the cooperation between Nursing HF (Higher Vocational Education and Training) and Physiotherapy FH (University of Applied Sciences).

Methodology & Quality

All products are evaluated annually and accompanied by a student expert team (SET) from the HFGS to guarantee maximum user orientation. Students do not just act as providers of feedback but participate as equals in designing content, learning architecture and digital tools – a co-creation practised internationally at leading universities.

Milestones & Congresses

The FIT unit regularly presents its results at national and international congresses, such as the SGAIM Congress or the annual meeting of the Association for Medical Education (GMA).
